Registration for WIVAM 2025 is now OPEN.
In 2025 WIVAM offers in-person registration only.
All presenting authors, co-authors and trustees of the papers have been registered automatically.
If You are presenting author, co-author or trustee of the paper, please report directly to the registration desk to get Your "faculty" badge.
Students of the Medical University of Warsaw (including PhD students) are provided with free registration.
If You are a student or PhD student of the Medical University of Warsaw, please report to the registration desk and show us Your student ID card to be registered and get Your badge.
Registration of passive participants will continue on site until the limit of 450 people is reached (first come, first served).
Complimentary registration for the meeting is offered also to all members of the following societies:

If You do not fit into any of the above categories and You want to attend WIVAM 2025, You have to pay.
Registration fee for the in-person meeting is 30 € or 130 PLN (Polish Zloty) provided it is paid by October 31st 2025
50% discount fee (15 € or 65 PLN provided it is paid by October 31st 2025) is offered to:
• Medical students and PhD students from all Universities other than the Medical University of Warsaw.
• Resident physicians.

From November 1st 2025 fees increase twice and amount to 60 € or 260 PLN (full fee) and 30 € or 130 PLN (50% discount fee).
Payment in (euros or polish zloty) without any charges to the beneficiary should be made by bank transfer to the account number below:

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your proof of payment.
